After thirteen years of the citizens of Mirandola walking past the Cathedral’s ruins, Metrohive studio, in partnership with the Municipality of Mirandola, restores the possibility of stepping inside this building through virtual reality. Thanks to a meticulous digital-heritage effort, Metrohive has recreated a faithful version of the architectural fabric, accessible via Quest 3 headsets in a handtracked poetic journey.
Rising from the Still is an adventure that blends a hardboiled narrative with moments inspired by 1980s Italian fantasy cinema. RPG elements and high-tension horror set pieces unfold amid environmental puzzles and claustrophobic exploration, drawing you straight into the heart of a mysterious, enigmatic disappearance.
Pick up the torch and follow Carter during the legendary discovery of Tutankhamun’s tomb. On Meta Quest 2 headsets pushed to their limits, you’ll use hand tracking to light the pharaoh’s tomb and move through the space, admiring historically faithful reconstructions of the artifacts, the finest ever seen in virtual reality. The experience includes a Kiosk Mode and an on-rails option.

Tailored Museum solutions
No additional app is needed to run your public event, we’ve got Metro Kiosk®! A framework that streamlines headset management with auto-rest, visitor queue recognition, and automatic height calibration. Staff only need to power on the headsets; metrokiosk handles the rest. We’ll also monitor every device remotely and alert you to any issue. Pretty cool, right?
